mechanical component shop has a vast base equipped with
conventional as well as fully automated machines. Very
exacting tolerances on components are produced on CNC
turning and machining centers. All mechanical components
are manufactured in house to ensure highest quality of
the finished components.

operations required for metal components including
Anodizing, Oxidizing, Bead Blasting and Painting
are done in house to maintain quality of the finished
components. LABOMED
is equipped with an extensive surface finishing shop
including Painting, Anodizing, Bead Blasting, Vibro
finishing to control exacting customer requirements of
durability and aesthetics.

sq. feet. High accuracy in centeration and angle
orientation of optical assemblies is ensured through the
use of Auto Collimators, Centering Devices and Lens Benches

right from the component level up. LABOMED
test laboratories in fine mechanics are well equipped
with Optical Profile Projectors, Air Gauges, Electronic
